That looks good. Too bad my own campus is surprisingly anti-vegan.
Did they use mayonnaise in the coleslaw? That seems to be a problem with college dining facilities, they don't actually know what "counts".
What about the wrap that was used? It looks like a tortilla, aren't there eggs used in making that kind of wrap?

This was a nice surprise the other day at the dining hall. It was a BBQ Tofu Wrap with baked beans, tofu, BBQ sauce and coleslaw.
